Job Description and Duties

The Claims Processing Center has an immediate opening for a Claims Processing Center Specialist at the Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster level to work in Scan/Index. This is a unique opportunity for a self-motivated individual with strong communication skills with interest in creating, scheduling, organizing, and delivering training for CPC staff. This position may be located in either Fresno or Vacaville. The selected applicant will need to work onsite at least 50% of the time with the remainder of the work being completed at home.

The following is a brief outline of the duties of the Claims Processing Center Specialist as envisioned by the management team:

• Develop content and deliver training to all levels of CPC Scan/Index Staff.

• Manage special projects and perform complex duties related to the Scan/Index function

• Provide mentoring services and share acquired knowledge and skills with colleagues either through scheduled formal or  informal meetings

Additionally, the ideal candidate would preferably have a minimum of two years of experience within the last five years in the performance of Scan/Index duties and specialized work detail.
