Job Summary:

The Warehouse Coordinator will coordinate the activities and operations of the warehouse.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Maintains/Assists with the daily shipping and receiving schedule within the inventory management system.
• Reviews open and closed sales orders and invoices and reports on key performance indicators.
• Processes receiving manifests and other warehouse-related documents, including customer document requests.
• Confirms availability of items to be shipped by verifying inventory records or conducting inventories of required items.
• Manages warehouse inventory cycle counts and maintains warehouse database.
• Works closely with the customer service team to resolve issues.
• Adheres to good manufacturing practices (GMP).
• Performs other related duties as directed.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Experience with handheld scanning devices in a warehouse setting.
• Have managed inventory counting process in a warehouse setting.
• Has served as a team lead in a warehouse setting.
• Parcel & LTL Shipping Experience.
• Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Collaborates well with colleagues and has excellent social skills.
• Works well independently and has good problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of or ability to quickly learn company product codes and terminology.
• Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures.

Optional Skills/Abilities:

• Microsoft Business Central ERP experience and Insight Works experience are a plus.
• Experience with License plating in a warehouse setting.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid state motor vehicle operator’s license.
• At least two years of work experience in a warehouse is required.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
• Ability to move around the warehouse.

Compensation details: 40000-49900 Yearly Salary
