Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary.
• Mix and apply spray paint according to specifications, ensuring an even and smooth finish.
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance, making adjustments as needed.
• Maintain and clean spray painting equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards.
• Document and report any issues or discrepancies in the painting process.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in painting or finishing is a plus.
• Proven experience in spray painting or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with safety standards and practices in a manufacturing environment.

Salary info:

$20 - $35 / hr
