Job Description

SMT Assembly Machine Operator / Loader

SisTech Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking an extremely motivated individual for set-up, programming, and operation of machinery used in SMT electronic assembly. Candidates with recent relevant experience will be considered for an immediate role as an SMT Operator where less experienced candidates would start loading and unloading components offline to support existing SMT operators. All applicants must have the ability to quickly and accurately load, program, and operate the equipment in strict accordance with program configurations, company standards, and on-the-job training. Qualified applicants will meet the following list of requirements and be able to demonstrate competency in these areas through a pre-employment exam. Only those applicants with proven, relevant experience and/or a lot of common sense and a convincing desire to master a new vocation will be considered.

  • Familiarity with electronic devices and proper handling procedures or the ability to learn quickly.
  • Experience with SMT placement equipment or comparable CNC machining equipment preferred.
  • High school education or general education degree (GED); and experience in performing the duties listed above – or equivalent combination of education and experience.

This position is for full-time, permanent employment with a minimum work schedule of 40 hours per week plus overtime as required. All candidates must be available to work Monday thru Friday between the hours of 6:00 AM and 5:00 PM and have reliable transportation to and from work.
