Progressive Care Neuro Trauma Nurse Manager (RN)

Join one of New Hampshire's premier healthcare facilities as a Nurse Manager for our Progressive Care Neuro Trauma Unit (PCNT). This leadership role offers an exceptional opportunity to guide and develop a dedicated team while ensuring the delivery of outstanding patient care in a critical care environment.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a dynamic team of healthcare professionals in a fast-paced critical care setting
• Oversee daily unit operations, including staff scheduling, patient flow, and resource allocation
• Facilitate multidisciplinary collaboration between nursing staff, physicians, and support services
• Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance
• Conduct regular patient-team rounds and maintain high standards of patient/family satisfaction
• Manage staff development through performance evaluations, coaching, and professional growth opportunities
• Partner with PCNT Director to implement strategic objectives and best practices

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Hampshire or valid Compact State License
• 3-7 years acute care nursing experience in a critical care environment
• Demonstrated supervisory experience in neuro trauma care
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• PCCN Certification
• TNCC Certification
• TCAR Certification
• Master's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration
