Position Details:

• Flexible Schedule:   Work 8-10 hours per week. One short, onsite visit per week must be completed during standard business hours, Monday to Friday. We support a healthy work-life balance.
• Remote-Hybrid:   Enjoy the flexibility of a 50% remote work arrangement, allowing you to complete documentation and charting remotely.
• Competitive Compensation:   Earn between $40.00 - $45.00 per hour, depending on your experience and expertise.
• Travel/Commute Compensation:   Receive additional compensation for travel or commute, also ranging from $40.00 - $45.00 per hour, based on your experience.

Qualifications:

• Clinical Experience:   While at least 1 year of clinical experience is preferred, we welcome candidates who are passionate about making a difference in patients' lives.

Responsibilities:

• Nutritional Care Coordination:   Take charge of patients' nutritional care by conducting comprehensive nutritional assessments.
• Nutritional Counseling:   Offer valuable nutritional counseling and education to patients and their families.
• Regulatory Compliance:   Ensure that all your work aligns with DOH/state/federal regulations and company standards.
• Independence:   Work autonomously, demonstrating your ability to perform duties without constant supervision.

Requirements:

• Professional Certification:   Candidates must be registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• General Nutrition Education:   Proficiency in providing general nutrition education, including weight loss and weight gain strategies.
• Communication Skills:   Strong oral and written communication skills are essential for effective patient engagement.
• Electronic Charting:   Experience with electronic charting systems is a plus.
