• Pleasant, professional, and neat appearance
• Strong communication skills; bilingual is a plus but not required
• Ability to multitask and check in customers via computer
• Typing skills and capacity to learn new computer operating systems
• Availability for shifts between 8:30 a.m. - 7 p.m., Mon-Fri, with shorter hours on weekends
• Flexibility to work at least one weekend day per week
