Avera is currently seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) looking to deliver the best possible care in Avera’s patient-focused settings.

Position Highlights:

• Provide treatment to patients as they come for outpatient services in the therapy department.


• Able to work in a variety of areas including acute care, TCU/LTC, swing bed, pediatrics, outpatient adult.

Job Summary

• The Physical Therapist is responsible for administering the application of Physical Therapy treatments through supervision, instruction and actual patient treatment.

Education and/or Experience

• Graduate of CAPTE approved School of Physical Therapy.


• Current licensure from the South Dakota Board of Medical and Osteopathic Examiners.


• Continuing education program credits are preferred.


• Clinical internship.


• Experience as a licensed physical therapist of one year is preferred but not required.

Work Schedule

• Day shift as needed; PRN

Pay

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience. 

• $36.75 - $55.50 per hour
