This is a full-time on-site role for a Patient Care Coordinator at The Maercks Institute in Miami, FL. The Patient Care Coordinator will be responsible for appointment scheduling, phone etiquette, care coordination, medical terminology, and patient care on a day-to-day basis.

• Appointment Scheduling, Phone Etiquette, and Care Coordination skills
• Proficiency in Medical Terminology and Patient Care
• Experience in healthcare or patient-focused roles
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
