Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about health and wellness and have a proven track record in sales. This role involves promoting and selling our corporate wellness program to medium-sized businesses across Northeast Ohio.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets.
Identify and engage with potential clients, including HR professionals, executives, and business owners.
Present and demonstrate the Zero Doubt Club corporate wellness program, highlighting its unique features and benefits.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and campaigns.
Track and report on sales performance, including lead generation, conversion rates, and customer feedback.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to effectively position Zero Doubt Club's offerings.

Requirements:
Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the health and wellness or corporate wellness industry.
Strong understanding of corporate wellness programs and their impact on employee health and productivity.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for helping others improve their health and wellbeing.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
