Description Of Services

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and product owners to identify enhancement opportunities and improvements.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines to improve developer velocity and code quality.
• Lead the development and maintenance of automated workflows, ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of system processes to ensure accuracy and robustness.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers within the team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate LMS solutions into existing systems and processes.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in Learning Management System technology.

Skills/Experience

• Experience working as a Software Engineer or equivalent role. 5 years Required
• Hands-on experience in LMS development. 5 years Required
• Experience using Articulate. 5 years Required
• Strong understanding of process automation concepts, including workflow design, exception handling, and error management. 5 years Required
• Experience with process discovery, requirements gathering, and solution architecture. 5 years Required
• Effective communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 5 years Required
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 4 years Preferred
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 4 years Preferred
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. 4 years Preferred
• Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) development experience. 4 years Preferred
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Java, or Python. 4 years Preferred
• Experience with one of more UI frameworks (MAUI / WinUI / ReactJS).
• Experience with diagramming using BPMN 2.0 methodology.
• Experience with adult learning theory.
