**Job Description:**
We are seeking qualified applicants for an associate real estate attorney position. Ideal candidates will be smart, independent self-starters with experience in litigation and real property law. You will collaborate with our team to provide outstanding legal services to our expanding client base. As a contributing member, you will develop your own expertise and clientele while working on firm matters.

**Duties:**
- Conduct legal research using resources like Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Prepare for and attend court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings
- Represent clients in litigation matters
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals on case strategy
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation
**Qualifications:**
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
- Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures
- Experience in conducting legal research and drafting legal documents
- Proficiency in using Westlaw, Lexis-Nexis, and other legal research tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
**Job Type:** Full-time
**Pay:** $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
