Key Responsibilities:

Manage client insurance accounts, ensuring information is accurate and up-to-date.
Assist clients with policy updates, changes, and renewals.
Provide clients with information on insurance products and services.
Process insurance claims, providing follow-up support as needed.

Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Previous experience in insurance or a related field is preferred.
Prior experience with State Farm (required).
