Instructional Systems Designer | Make an Impact with Anglicotech!

We seek an Instructional Systems Designer who will thrive in a challenging, rewarding, process-oriented environment. You will support the USINDOPACOM Commander by providing comprehensive training services to enhance the operational readiness and effectiveness of the US military, civilian personnel, and foreign partners across various domains and disciplines.

Location:

• This position is located in Pearl Harbor, HI.

Salary:

• A salary range of $84,000 - $160,000 is available for this position commensurate with education, years of experience, and qualifications.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver VCG training based on event training plans leveraging EST2000, RVTT, C-UAS, RCTS, JLLTC, MERF, DEXTRS, DSC-DMC2, Virtual Battle Space, MMGTPI, JSE, NCTE, and JCATS.
• Develop training methods and materials, including curriculum, training support packages, and computer-based training aids based on consultation with the client and user specifications.
• Test and troubleshoot hardware and software to ensure minimal downtime of systems through the use of capability documents and performance of operational readiness tests in preparation for training and exercise events.

Security Clearance:

• US Citizenship required
• Candidates must have an active Secret clearance or above to apply

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Education, Educational Technology, Educational Psychology or similar
• 3+ years of experience in DoD Instructional design and development

Preferred Additional Skills:

• 10+ years of DoD Instructional Design and Development
• MA/MS in Education, Educational Technology, IT
• Good organization skills to balance and prioritize work
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot systems problems
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
