Job Summary:

Inside Sales Support has a dynamic key role, supporting the Outside Sales Team, Project Engineer, and connects the client to designed, engineered systems for commercial applications.

This role is in the Centennial, CO office, hours: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Quoting for New Construction projects

· Provide technical phone support to customers on products

· Reading Construction Plan Sets (Mechanical & Plumbing)

· Assist incoming customer calls

· Receiving RFQs from customers

· Performing follow-up calls to vendors for parts pricing

· Cross referencing manufacturer's products

· Finding and preparing submittal and IOM documentation for equipment

Education:

· High School Diploma Required

· At least one year's experience with reading architectural plans preferred

· Prior knowledge with pumps and motors preferred

Knowledge and Skill Required:

· Positive, energetic and self-motivated, enjoys a small company environment with a corporate structure

· Detail oriented with strong organizational skills

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Experience in Customer Service or Inside Sales

· Proficient with computers and Microsoft products; Excel, Navision

· Ability to learn new software and skill sets quickly

· Flexibility to tackle challenges in areas outside primary role

· Technical aptitude and mindset
