Location : This is an in-person role based in Charlotte, North Carolina.

We enhance customer engagement and streamline support through AI Agents.

Our engineering team works in an aggressive and fast-paced environment but enables entry level through lead engineers to drive real impact and own major deliverables at a company carving the way for business applications of AI Agents.

Responsibilities

  • Understand and maintain the end-to-end infrastructure of our platform
  • Personally own and deliver new features within our platform (Anything from scaling infrastructure to unique applications of Generative AI based components)
  • Emphasis on back-end application development but occasional front-end development will be required 

Qualifications

Required:

  • Solid/proven experience in Python development.
  • Hands on experience with LLM based applications.
  • Strong knowledge of AWS cloud platform.
  • Knowledge of Azure is desirable.
  • Hands on experience building applications using AWS serverless services (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, SQS, etc.)
  • Experience with IaC (infrastructure-as-code) solutions.
  • Experience in containerized application development with tools like Docker.
  • Experience with container orchestration services (AWS ECS (Fargate) or Kubernetes) to deploy, monitor and optimize container-based applications.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
  • SQL and NoSQL database experience
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to organize, manage, and deliver multiple concurrent requirements on time
  • Meticulous attention to detail

Preferred:

  • HTML, CSS, JS
  • Knowledge of various types of LLMs
  • Introduction to RAG-based applications
  • Vector database and embedding model experience
  • LLM structured outputs & tool calls
  • Served in some degree of a client facing role
