Description:

We are seeking skilled native English-speaking transcriptions to convert audio and video files into precise, high-quality text. This role involves listening attentively, adhering to formatting guidelines, and ensuring timely delivery of error-free transcripts. As an independent contractor, you will play a vital role in producing accurate transcriptions while managing your own schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Transcribe audio and video content with high accuracy.
  
• Insert time codes as needed.
  
• Proofread and edit your own work to ensure quality.
  
• Follow established guidelines and formatting requirements.
  
• Communicate with the Quality Control team and make requested revisions promptly.
  
• Manage workload effectively and meet deadlines.
  

Requirements

• Required Skills:
  • Type at least 50 words per minute (WPM).
    
  • Strong listening, typing, and attention-to-detail skills.
    
  • Proficiency in transcription software.
    
  • Ability to follow instructions and adapt to feedback.
    
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities.
    
• Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of transcription experience.
    
  • Experience with editing, proofreading, and maintaining accuracy.
    
  • Familiarity with different English dialects (e.g., US, UK).
