Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and motions.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and administrative hearings as needed.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex litigation cases and provide legal advice to clients.
• Utilize Westlaw and other legal research tools effectively for case management.
• Manage legal administrative tasks efficiently to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• At least two years of civil litigation experience, with a solid track record in handling complex legal issues.
• Active membership in good standing with the State Bar of California.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to construct compelling legal arguments and strategies.
• Proven expertise in managing a diverse caseload, meeting tight deadlines, and delivering high-quality legal services.
• A deep commitment to professional development and continuous learning, demonstrated through engagement in legal networking, education, research, and writing.
• Ability to litigate effectively and negotiate favorable outcomes for clients.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing individual caseloads.
• Desire to learn from elite mentors.
• Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards in all legal practices.

Salary:

$125,000.00- $165,000.00
