Role: Agile Coach

Location: New York 10022 (100% Onsite)

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach with a strong focus on integration skills to guide and support our teams in adopting and implementing Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in Agile practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to mentor and coach teams to achieve high performance, particularly in the context of integrating various systems and processes, should have lead the programs wherein the products are developed across multiple vendors integrating various systems in process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach and mentor teams on Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean, with a focus on building end to end solutions across multiple vendors.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
  • Guide teams in the adoption of Agile practices and principles to improve efficiency and effectiveness, especially in integrating different systems and workflows.
  • Work with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity on project goals and priorities.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within teams, particularly in the context of integration.
  • Provide training and workshops on Agile practices and integration techniques to team members and stakeholders.
  • Assist in the identification and removal of impediments that hinder team progress, with a focus on integration challenges.
  • Promote transparency and visibility of team progress and performance through effective use of Agile tools and metrics, milestones.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in Agile methodologies, with at least 5+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Agilist certification.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, MS Project, Version One, or similar.
  • Proven experience in integrating various systems and processes within an Agile framework.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring teams to achieve high performance, particularly in integration contexts

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the Financial Services domain specifically in Capital Market, Trade Lifecyle area .
  • Exposure to DevOps principles and tools.
  • Knowledge of multiple project management practices like PMP, PRIMAVERA, Scrum of Scrum, Scaled Agile, and LeSS.
