• Job Description: J.R. Lupo CPA is looking for a versatile Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to our accounting team. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and capable of handling a variety of tasks, including administrative duties, billing, scheduling, and basic bookkeeping.
• Responsibilities:
• ● Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, managing emails, and scheduling appointments.
• ● Handle billing, invoicing, and payment processing.
• ● Maintain client records, files, and other documentation.
• ● Provide support with data entry and basic bookkeeping in accounting software.
• ● Prepare and update spreadsheets, reports, and other financial documents as needed.
• ● Assist with client inquiries and manage office supplies and equipment.
• Qualifications:
• ● Previous administrative experience; exposure to bookkeeping or basic accounting is a plus.
• ● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• ● Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks Online experience is a plus).
• ● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• ● Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
